Weight Training

(the last portion of each Zumba class)

Gym at St. John's Lutheran Church
502 W Chestnut Street, Rome

When:
Tuesdays at 8:30am & 5:30pm
Thursdays at 8:30am & 5:30pm

BRING:
Either 3-pound or 5-pound dumbbells. Filled water bottles can also work. If you are unsure about what to bring, please do not hesistate to contact Jennifer.



Pilates

All fitness levels welcome!

A mat for your comfort as the gym floor is hard.

COST:
$5 per class OR 10 classes for $45

What is Pilates?
Pilates is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. It involves a seriese of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind. Initially created for rehabilitation, is now adopted by dancers, athletes and millions of others. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core stength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs, and a strong back.
